MADISON- 81% of omnivores in a recent survey by the University of Wisconsin reported they would prefer DxE publicize vegan cupcake recipes to undercover footage. When questioned one survey respondent said, “I’m not a vegan but I have had some delicious vegan cupcakes. Animal rights activists should focus on sharing those recipes.” While 81% preferred seeing vegan recipes to footage of animal suffering, 9% said they preferred images of Lewis Hamilton. 6% expressed a preference for recyclable pamphlets due to environmental considerations. 4% found undercover footage to be an effective method of activism.
